How can I place an order?

You may place your order online or by calling us at (626) 358-2828.

Can I order a sample?

Samples are available upon request (some fees may apply). Note some items/sets may not be available as samples.

What can I put in tin cases?

A great aspect of tin cases is that you can put almost anything into them, from Wine, CD/DVD media, t-shirts, jewelry, keepsakes, to candy and food items. We offer tins and bags to fit any shape or size you need.

What is the average shipping time for orders?

Standard orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days from order date.  Note orders must be placed before 3 PM PST. Personalized or customized orders will vary depending on customers order request.  Please call for more information.

Can I pick up my order at your facility in Irwindale, CA?

Yes, you may pick up your order but a confirmation and arrangements must to be made prior to picking up your order.

How are the tins packed for shipping?

Tins are packaged in a thick corrugated cardboard master carton, as well as a thinner corrugate inner carton. Each piece is individually inserted into a plastic bag to prevent unnecessary scratching. If you need fulfillment or specialty packaging, you can contact i-PakDVD N.A.

Can I print on tins? How many colors?

Yes tins can be printed. We can usually print up to 6 colors depending on what type of printing you select. Learn more.

What type of printing is available? What is the difference?

Two types of printing are available to our clients on tins. One style is silk screen printing which is usually done in small quantities from 100-2,000 pieces on tins that are already created and in stock in the US. Silk screening artwork means only using full color tones (PMS/Spot Colors) and the understanding that full coverage of the tin is not available. The second style is offset printing which allows the most options to be undertaken. Offset printing is done on the sheets of tin that the cases are going to be made from. This allows for full coverage as well as the printing of any colors and shades. Learn more.

Can I emboss or deboss my company logo? What is embossing/debossing?

Embossing is a process of stamping tin with a tool that allows the image being stamped to feel raised on the opposite side. Debossing provides the opposite effect to where the image feels sunken into the tin. We can emboss or deboss pretty much anything you would like involving your artwork. This option really brings your tin’s art to life. Please contact us for more information and minimum order quantities.

What types of trays are available for CD and DVD tins? Are different colors available?

A standard blue thermo-formed plastic tray is provided to our media tin clients. However, custom trays and colors can be created as well. If you have a specific color in mind, just let us know and we can look to match it up. We can also add a velvet covering on the plastic trays to give them a more sophisticated look.

What additional options are available?

You have a lot of options open to you to make a truly one-of-a-kind item, including but not limited to: LED lights, sound card, zippers, lanyards, binder clips and die cut windows, as well as the print, emboss and deboss options. See our capabilities page for a more in-depth look.

I have a specialty design in mind, can I make it?

Yes, we can create specialty shapes. Send us your design and we can review it and see if there are any changes required.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum orders for plain tins are a single carton. For silk screen orders the minimum is also a single carton. Offset printing and custom tins range in minimum from 2500-5000 pieces, call in with your request and we can help determine based on your selection.

What type of proofs do you offer?

We offer a PDF art proof as a standard option. If a physical proof is required, it can be provided for a fee. This also typically adds 10-12 days to the lead time of a project.

What are the accepted art file types?

All major design programs can be used, but Illustrator and layered Adobe Photoshop files are preferred. You can send all files to Arion International, Inc. and we will pass them along to see if they are compatible.
